From the time my daughter Charlotte was born, she had health problems. Eczema, allergies, and sinus infections were a regular part of life. I felt hopeless and lost on how to help her. My oldest daughter had ADHD and dyslexia, my youngest had extreme mood swings and it was difficult to go out in public because of his tantrums. I had a long list of my own autoimmune issues as well including seizures, migraines, anxiety, depression, and skin issues. None of us were absorbing our food and we all had digestive problems. Instinctively, I started researching gut health and how to improve our immune systems. Through the power of gut-friendly foods and lifestyle changes, I was able to successfully transform my entire family's health. 


Our digestion improved quickly and as the gut improved, we noticed that our brain health improved as well. I haven't had a seizure in years and all of my skin issues went away. My kids are all thriving now. My oldest (the one who had dyslexia) was in Honor's English this past year. Charlotte is the most loving and caring child and sincerely loves making a difference in the lives of others. Max is calmer than most kids his age and he LOVES vegetables. 


Then, a funny thing happened. My doctor was so impressed with our results that she encouraged me to teach the "how to and the why to's" of gut-friendly foods and I began teaching classes for her patients. Word spread quickly and others began to refer their patients as well. 


I am a Certified Health Coach and Neuro-linguistic Practitioner specializing in the gut-brain connection. It is my passion to help others navigate through their own journey back to health.

Once upon a time, I took the bait, too. I bought every health book out there, watched all the shows, and spent hours on the Internet researching the right foods for my body.
