Do you ever feel tired or run down? Maybe you run to Starbucks for a quick fix, only to feel even more exhausted once the caffeine and sugar high wears off?
What if there’s another way? A simple way to get your groove back, get into those skinny jeans, or maybe even beat that young guy at the gym during your workout? What if the days of promising yourself you will do it “tomorrow” finally come to a halt?

My name is Kimberly Lebbing and I help people stop sabotaging their health by transforming their behaviors, thoughts, and limiting beliefs in a fast and effective way.
I was not always so in tune with my mind and body. It took me feeling burnt out to decide I needed to make a change. I threw my energy into researching how I could feel my absolute best physically first, and then I discovered the very crucial part of the mindset piece, and mastering the art of managing my thoughts.
I’m thrilled to be able to share 4 tips that you can do right now to feel more energetic and revitalized.
1. Beauty Elixir.
Squeeze half a lemon into about 6 ounces of warm water. By drinking warm lemon water, you kick-start your metabolism, alkalize your blood (which means more oxygen to your cells) and hydrate your body.
2. I am.
I am are the two most powerful words in the English language. Pay attention to what words follow I am in your thoughts and words. If you are saying things like I am tired, I am sick, etc., you are activating your brain to get more of what you don't want. Before you start your day, set an intention for the day, and say an affirmation, an, I am statement. Make sure it is stated in the positive!
Before you sit down to enjoy breakfast, take five deep breaths. By practicing deep breathing, you are sending oxygen to your cells and resetting your nervous system. Do this before every meal to reduce anxiety and improve your digestion.
4. Food Log.
Keep a food log and note how you feel after you eat. Are you bloated, do you have brain fog, or an afternoon slump? Could be a sign of some underlying food sensitivities. I had a client that was doing everything right as far as eating goes and it turns out, she was sensitive to spinach. She was eating spinach salads everyday. That one change made all the difference for her. Sometimes food sensitivities can be healthy foods, they just aren't healthy for us.
