I'm Kimberly Lebbing, Certified Health Coach, NLP Master Coach & Trainer, Wife, and Mom With a Passion to Help Others Restore their Gut Health.

I struggled with my health from the very beginning. Ear infections, tummy aches as a child. I had a long list of autoimmune issues including seizures, migraines, anxiety, depression, and skin issues. Fast forward to having children, and my kids struggled with eczema, allergies, and sinus infections. I didn't like the way I felt and as a mom, it was heartbreaking to see my kids struggle with their health and in school. I felt hopeless and lost on how to help them.  None of us were absorbing our food and we all had digestive problems. Instinctively, I started researching gut health and how to improve our immune systems. Through the power of gut-friendly foods and lifestyle changes, I was able to successfully transform my entire family's health.
